The house is situated at the beginning of the village of Ladis on "Ingesweg".
It is approximately 500m to the valley station of the "Fiss-Ladis" gondola.

The village centre is a 2 minute walk away, where you will find the historic centre of Ladis, together with a grocery store, a tourist office and the church. Throughout the village there are various guest houses, cosy bars and restaurants for you to discover.

Here you can spend your most beautiful days of the year in a house exclusively for you. Relax in the garden; experience action-packed days of skiing or in the Summer Funpark; enjoy a hike in the fresh air whilst taking in views of the spectacular mountain scenery of the Tyrolean Alps. The possibilities in the holiday region of Serfaus – Fiss - Ladis on the ‘Sunshine Plateau’ are endless...

Breathtaking landscapes, fragrant meadows, spectacular flora and unique views of the surroundings of Ladis village are all accessed directly from the house.
Enjoy the spacious lawn, terrace and balcony, let the warmth of the sun relax you and allow your mind to wander into your own personal space of silence and peace and quiet.
The colourful garden is ever changing, with a diversity of varied flora, ranging from flowering fruit trees, juicy strawberries and beautiful flower beds, to a fragrant herb garden.

Of course our unique garden is an experience not just in summer, as it can be enjoyed in the winter too. Spend time relaxing in winter sunshine on the terrace, surrounded by the spectacular mountain scenery with a warming drink in your hand. Enjoy the view of snow covered mountains, glistening in the sun and watch your children build a snowma
