We offer you accommodation in a quiet location and yet only a very short distance from the centre of Saalbach and the modern Kohlmaisbahn cable car. Whether you want to access the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus in winter or Austria's largest biking region in summer, it's only a few steps away!
If you want, you can leave your car behind and enjoy a car-free holiday. Most of the routes can easily be covered on foot. This also includes shopping facilities and several restaurants, which are just a few minutes' walk away.
Did we mention that the Landhaus Andrea is situated in an absolutely sunny location on the southern slope of our local mountain, the "Kohlmais"?For you, this means a wonderful view over the Glemm valley and the centre of Saalbach which you can enjoy from the southern balconies.

When booking via our booking tool, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the apartment price (incl. final cleaning, excl. local tax), which you can easily pay with your credit card. The remaining amount can be paid on site in cash, by debit and credit card as well as contactless (Apple or Google Pay).

Our prices include the apartment price incl. final cleaning. The amount of the local tax depends on the age of the accompanying persons (EUR 2,00 per person from 15 years per night, new rate from 1.12.2024: EUR 2,45) and is extra.
