We offer our guests beautiful designed apartments to make them feel comfortable.

The apartments each have two separate bedrooms and are very comfortable and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, electric stove with oven, dishwasher and dining area, separate living area with LCD TV, shower, toilet, hallway with wardrobe, balcony.

Cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking in a beautiful winter landscape. The cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house.

The location of our house is ideal and central to the largest ski areas in Salzburg.

The Schicircus Leogang-Saabach-Hinterglemm is just a few minutes away from us by car and is one of the most beautiful and largest directly connected ski areas in the Alps.
It is about 8km to Schi-Amade Maria Alm-Dienten-Mühlbach.

The free ski bus stops approx. 250m from the house.
We offer our own organic products such as milk and eggs and daily fresh bread rolls made to order from our baker (fee).
Washing machine and dryer (fee). Billiards and air hockey table.
Toddler equipment included in the price. There is a ski room with a dryer for ski shoes.

In the predominantly easy to medium-difficulty terrain, silent gliding through nature becomes an unforgettable experience for young and old.
In the evening, an illuminated cross-country ski trail is available to you.

Every Tuesday and Friday night cable car rides from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Toboggan run from the middle station to the valley station.
With a 2.5 km long illuminated natural toboggan run, the Biberg in Saalfelden offers one of the most beautiful toboggan runs in all of Salzburg. The idyllic climb is just as much a part of the tobogganing experience as the rewarding stop to warm up and socialize.
