As a long-distance hiking trail, the Lechweg leads hikers from the source to the falls through one of the last wild river landscapes in Europe!
Warth-Schröcken is the ideal starting point for the first 3 stages.
From the source of the Lech at the Formarinsee, the long-distance hiking trail stretches 125 km through the Lechtal-Reutte Nature Park region to the Lechfall in Füssen in the Allgäu! Pristine nature, authentic hosts, and truly legendary stories await you!
The stages lead past Europe's largest ibex colony, a waterfall that dries up and springs anew every year, over suspension bridges with heights of up to 110 meters, all the way to the world-famous royal castles in Füssen in the Allgäu!
The "Lechwegschleife" offers you an additional day to explore the nature of Warth-Schröcken off the Lechweg – come along, it's worth it!
