The Achornacher Alm can be reached via Stranig and the Straniger Alm, past the Waidegger Alm, via a well-maintained gravel road. A marked hiking trail, also popular with mountain bikers, leads directly from Zollner to the hut.
The Achornacher Alm is open from mid-June to mid-September!
