Countless adventures await the whole family at the DAS GERSTL Family Retreat in South Tyrol – in a dreamlike location directly on the lake with the sunken church tower, amidst the enchanting mountains of Val Venosta/Vinschgau.

After an action-packed day, rejuvenate yourselves with sustainable culinary delights and relax together in the family sauna. The excitement continues in mascot Gersti's Aqua Fun Park with over 70 metres of sliding fun!

The specially designed activity programme and childcare offer for families allows parents, kids, and teens to actively experience nature, such as with stand-up paddling and kitesurfing on Lake Resia, or taking a mountain bike and e-bike tour on the 3-Country Enduro Trails. There are also tips for quality time together on the adventurous Alpine hiking path in summer and the family ski resort of Schöneben in winter.

Bookings can be paid in advance by bank transfer, on site with major credit cards or in cash (according to Italian law up to € 2,999).

Remarques

Arrival & departure
Your room will be ready for use from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Kindly vacate it by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please inform us by telephone if you are arriving after 18:00.

Single room supplement
Between 30 and 70% depending on room category

Dogs
Family members of the four-legged variety are welcome to stay in the suites on the first floor for a surcharge of € 40 per day. Out of consideration for other guests, however, they are not permitted in the restaurant, by the pools, in the play areas, in the sauna & spa area or in the garden. Guests wishing to bring their four-legged friends to dinner are free to reserve a table in the bar area.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival free of charge.
Cancellation within 21 days before arrival: 80 % of the price of the luxury board.
Late arrival or early departure: 80% of the total amount of the unused nights of your stay.
Deposits will not be refunded, but will be credited to your account.

Room with breakfast
Upon request. A deduction of € 12.00 will be made from the price of the luxury board.
