Location

We are in the ‘Hohe Tauern’ National Park region in the village Aufhausen located between Zell am See and Kaprun. Our apartments are on the sunny side of the valley and offer a panorama view of the mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier where you can ski year-round.

Winter in Zell am See: Snowflakes sparkling in the sunlight – Winter magic in the Europa Sport Region Zell am See – Kaprun. The ultimate in winter fun for skiers and snowboarders:

At 3200 meters altitude, the Kitzsteinhorn and its glacier guarantee snow. And the Schmittenhöhe at 2000 meters has 130 km of groomed slopes with 55 cable cars and lifts. About 60of the slopes on the Schmittenhöhe and the Langwiedboden on the Kitzsteinhorn have snow making systems.
