Zirbenchalet Klippitz

The newly built Zirbenchalet Klippitz in 2019 is located at approx. 1,600 m above sea level in the skiing and hiking area Klippitztörl close to the ski slopes (approx. 1 km)!!

Actuall 6 adults and 1 child can be accomodated!

The chalet offers 3 natural, metal-free pine double beds (180x200 cm), another adouble bed (160x200 cm) built of air-dried pine Wood and a a Kids bed (70x160 cm). On request it is possible to provide a travel Baby bed!
In addition there is a modern Dan kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle etc.

On the ground floor is the open modern living / dining area with a stove with storage function for long-lasting natural warmth and a large Smart TV (incl. Amazon prime excl. purchases). In addition, on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a double bed with natural Latex matresses with the Kids bed in its own room niche.

Also located on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with an original stone pine sauna with combi oven. This allows both the classic Finnish sauna and a cozy hot air bath with herbal essences according to your wishes!

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and another bathroom.

All bathrooms are equipped with floor-level showers or walk-in shower!
The available living space is approximately 110 m2 with a plot area of ​​600 m2.
No pets allowed as house is also used by allergic people!
