Station de ski Salzstiegl / Hirschegg

The ski area is open daily from 9:00 - 16:00. Only 50 minutes away from Graz, you can spend a sporty day skiing and tobogganing.

From the mountain station at an altitude of 1,710 metres, you have a magnificent view of the panoramas of the Seckau Alps, the Niedere Tauern and the Hirschegger Alm.

Snow safety is guaranteed thanks to the altitude and our snowmaking system - the pistes are characterised by the best preparation and maintenance.

The Steilhang and the Buckelpisten are the favourite slopes for experienced skiers and trainers. The S-Abfahrt and Mulde are ideal for families. The very little ones and beginners feel particularly at home on the Lupowiese, the Zwergenlift-Abfahrt and the Kochabfahrt. Tip: All children who ride the lift alone must have a ticket, including children under 6 years of age.

Weaker skiers who do not want to take the large Speiklift to the Zwergenlift can take the toboggan taxi with their ski pass. The toboggan taxi runs from the large car park to the start of the toboggan run, from where you can continue to the dwarf lift on skis.

The 2 km long toboggan run is floodlit and open daily. During the descent you experience an exciting ride. You will also pass a speedometer. The groomed toboggan run is an ideal excursion destination for the family and is great fun for young and old alike.
