Hinterstoder – in the heart of Austria

Falkensteiner Residences Triforêt is located in Hinterstoder, in the very south of Upper Austria on the border with Styria – in the Traunviertel, within the Pyhrn-Priel holiday region. Around 8 km above the village centre, right at the middle station on the Hutterer Böden, you are in the midst of the mountains, surrounded by forest and peaks.

Slopes right outside the door

Click into your skis and off you go: the slope begins just a step from your chalet. Hinterstoder is one of the largest ski areas in Upper Austria, with runs for every level – from relaxed family slopes to the Hannes Trinkl World Cup course. Away from the pistes, cross-country trails and snowshoe routes are close by.

Just below Triforêt lies the Hutterer alpin.restaurant. Refined alpine cuisine on the plate, and a view that tends to make the evening last a little longer. Enjoy your meal!
