Location
Our family-run guest house is about a two-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg and 5 km from Kitzbühel. This means you can easily reach us either by car or by train. If you prefer to drive, our own private, large parking lot is naturally at your disposal. E-charging station at the house.

...with a delicious breakfast from the well-stocked buffet in our friendly, spacious guest room. And if you enjoy company – whether you want to chat, watch television or play board games – you can settle down in our guest room.

Rooms and Appartements
Our house has 4 double rooms and 6 appartements. Feel at home in our newly refurbished rooms and apartments, all of which are equipped with a shower and toilet, balcony, cable television and radio alarm-clock.

Visit our infrared fitness and health cabin
after an active sporting day to recover and regenerate.

Wintertime
For our winter guests there is a ski-room with a drier for ski-boots. In just a few minutes you can be out on the cross-country ski track. The local ski-bus to the Flachalm lifts runs every ten minutes in the winter season and can be used free of charge. An illuminated sledging run caters for sledging enthusiasts. Or you can simply take a stroll along the cleared footpaths and enjoy the wonderful winter scenery in Kirchberg.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house - you will find an ashtray on the balcony.
We have no elefator: guestroom are in the ground floor, rooms and apartments are in the first and second floor.
We are not barrier free!!! No pets allowed in the house!
