Booking and payment:

Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of a written booking confirmation and payment of a 30% deposit. We are happy to accept debit or credit cards (Euro/Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Nexi) as well as cash (up to 1,999.00 euros). You can also pay the deposit by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation:

It's not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short prematurely. There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
-If you cancel up to 14 days before the day of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged, but we will retain the deposit of 30%.
-Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the day of arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of the booking value
-Cancellation between 7 and 1 day before the day of arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of the booking value.
-In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 99% will be charged.
-In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
We expressly refer to the legal provisions of Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
We recommend that you take out one of the usual travel cancellation insurances or the 'Roter Hahn cancellation insurance' with the Europaeische Reiserversicherung, Vienna.

The prices are valid for a stay of 3 nights or more.
For a stay of less than 3 nights, a surcharge of 40.00 euros will be charged.
We are therefore very happy if you stay longer and we do not have to apply the surcharge. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays are recommended.

Daily fee for a dog (only bookable in Apartment Annelies on request) 12,00 Euro without food.
