Castles and fortresses in Tisens - Prissian

The many castles, palaces and residences prove that the holiday area of Tisens - Prissian is a climatically mild region, where everything but tropical fruits thrive and the counts, knights and nobles had their castles and residences built and spent their summer holidays here.

All the castles were built between the 12th and 13th centuries and are now privately owned:
