Cancellation policy:
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry shall apply (AGBH 2006). Withdrawal from the accommodation contract is regulated in particular as follows: The accommodation agreement can be cancelled by the contractual partner by unilateral declaration up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest without payment of a cancellation fee.
The following cancellation fees shall apply outside of this period:
Up to 1 month before your arrival date – 40% of the total booking price
Up to 1 week before your arrival date – 70% of the total booking price
In the last week before your arrival date – 90% of the total booking price
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure the total price of your reservation will be charged.
Cancellations shall only be accepted in writing!
