Treetop Path & Golden Gate of the Alps

An exciting circular trail at eye level with owls and squirrels awaits both young and old in the breathtaking mountain scenery of Saalbach Hinterglemm. The adventure starts with crossing the spectacular “Golden Gate of the Alps,” an impressive suspension bridge offering stunning views of the valley and surrounding peaks. The trail then continues along the unique Treetop Trail, leading high above the forest floor through the treetops and opening up fascinating new perspectives of nature. Interactive stations, unforgettable outdoor experiences, and the special atmosphere among the trees make this walk a true highlight for the whole family. The short and easy route perfectly combines adventure, exercise, and nature, guaranteeing an enjoyable outing and plenty of memorable moments.

 

Opened all year. Entrance fee: 10 € for kids,  13 € for adults. There's a ticket machine (bring coins) when the cash desk is closed.
