Already at the time of the plague, at the beginning of the 18th century, a house chapel can be found at the vlg. "Fortner". The present chapel was built in 1887. The place of worship is brick-built, with an almost square ground plan, and a ridge turret with a small bell rises above the gable roof. The altar of the chapel is designed in the form of a triptych from the central part and two side parts of the early Baroque high altar of the parish church of St. Oswald, which had to make way for the current high altar in 1776.
The image wings show: St. Oswald in the middle with St. Florian and St. Wolfgang, St. George with dragon on the right, St. Sebastian on the left.
Above the altar hangs the wooden relief of St. Isidore, the peasant saint, also called "Styrian Lord". A black-bearded man leans over a cloud with a gesture of blessing towards the viewer. The well-modeled head is surrounded by a halo of rays, the right hand holds a hay rake. According to the clothing, leather trousers, pleated shirt, open long skirt, the high relief was created around the middle of the 18th century.

Among the other furnishings of the chapel, the two panels with Stations of the Cross from the 18th century, painted copies of the image of the Virgin Mary of Mariazell and the Passau image of Mary Help of Christians should be mentioned. In addition, a votive image of Maria Schöder from 1765 is kept in this chapel.
