Our organic farm, the „Lexenhof“, offers a beautiful holiday flat to you and your family, wherefrom lots of mountain-hikes, enterprises and summer sport activities are accessible in a short amount of time.

Multiple possibilities for getting active in the nature

Whether going kayaking in the “Bregenzer Ache” (Bregenz-river), parasailing at the near mountainside, cycling or mountain biking on numerous tracks, hiking and mountain climbing at the nearly endless trails, taking a bath in the “Bregenzer Ache” or just relaxing in the on-site garden. There is something for everyone.

Arts and Culture in immediate surroundings

The Bregenzer Festival is known all over the world, while the “Schubertiade” in Schwarzenberg, very close to Egg, and traditional parties in the villages mustn’t be neglected.

Perfect transport connection

Our croft “Lexenhof” is situated in a rural commune called “Egg in Vorarlberg”. “Egg” is situated in the middle of the natural and pretty “Bregenzerwald”. Vorarlberg has an excellent public transport network. The public transports, in Egg the country buses, take you everywhere you want. The “Bregenzerwald-Card”, available at the community centre of Egg, allows you to use the public transports in the area “Bregenzerwald” for free and gives you a discount at several attractions!

Our holiday flat

The apartment is mostly equipped with wood, typically for the Bregenzerwald, which provides a homelike atmosphere. The wood saves the sun-heat during the day, and releases it at night.

The holiday flat is rented for self-catering, but offers everything what a guest needs alone, or with multiple children.

Our organic farm

The closeness to the nature and our farmer-being is typically for our accommodation. Summer is the time of harvesting. Bringing in the hay for winter times, watching the vegetable and fruits at ripening and the flowers blooming. While the cows are at the alp pasture land, the chicken enjoy the free room in the garden to move and the great linden tree shadows the lawn chairs.
