The newly equipped country house Chalet Lenggrieser Acker is located at 680 m, surrounded by green meadows in the north of Lenggries, with a view of Brauneck, Geierstein and the Isar valley. We are 100 m away from the Steinbach as well as from the Lenggrieser Acker, a community of interest that grows vegetables.

With us you will find peace, comfort and relaxation.

We are hosts of the guest card PLUS with a wide range of free and reduced services, which you receive free of charge upon arrival.

The cozy furnished upper floor apartment offers 90 sqm of living space, 3 bedrooms and 29 sqm of circumferential covered south-west balcony.

5 persons will find a very comfortable apartment. For one more guest an extra bed can be arranged in the living area.

1 double bedroom with box-spring bed, Sat TV, revolving door wardrobe.
1 double bedroom with spruce real wood bed, in the dressing room spruce closet with enough storage space.
1 single bedroom with spruce real wood bed 1,80 x 0,70 m with small workplace.

Spacious living area with comfortable sofa and table, satellite TV and hi-fi system.

A fully equipped eat-in kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and toaster.

Access to the garden.
Feel free to use the lawn and outdoor seating. At the garden house our seating area including grill is ready for use.

A lot of variety is promised by the more than 350 kilometer long network of finest hiking trails, from climbing and summit storms to comfortable hut and alpine pasture hikes.

Cyclists will find an extensive trail network of 500 kilomters, along the Isar River, along historic paths, through wide meadows, family tours or up into the heights on one of the numerous, challenging tours. Directly at the house you can reach wonderful meadow paths for hiking, Nordic walking or cycling.

Stand-up paddling, swimming and bathing in the Sylvenstein- and Walchensee, on a splashy rafting tour on the Isar you can be inspired by the fascination of the white water and the landscape.

There is a lot to discover like the summer toboggan run, the high ropes course, bike park and much more. The nearby Karwendel Nature Park is worth a visit.
