Start at the recreation centre in Leogang and cycle along the river to the junction railway station. From here you go uphill to Badhaus. Take the steep turn-off to the right onto a forest road and then continue slightly uphill. After a short descent, a further steep turn-off comes to the left. Follow the trail here, pass a small moor and drop into the Gunzi Trail. Through the Ulltachtal you go back to the village of Leogang.

Take the train and start to enjoy your vacation as soon as you leave home. Relax and enjoy the view as you travel to Saalfelden Leogang with no traffic to slow you down. Visit the website of the Austrian railway (ÖBB) for schedules and tickets to the station "Leogang Steinberge": www.oebb.at (Route to the starting point approx. 2 minutes)
