In summer an *ideal starting point for numerous migrations, trips, mountainbike and e-bike tours as well motorcycle routes.
*In the winter time you can drive up with the skies to the house – the first ski lift, the rental shop incl. ski-ticket sale, the ski school and also the children ski school are only 250 meters away. Further are few going minutes very good restaurants. To the local centre you can reach by feet (7 min.) or with the free inclined elevator „Zentrum Shuttle“.

As a guest of our house, the "Summer Card" is included in the summer. This means that you can enjoy numerous highlights in the entire valley free of charge (valid from the beginning of June to the beginning of October, from the 2nd day of your holiday).
