The flat is located in Ftan, just below the Ftan-Prui chairlift and not far from the village square. The cross-country ski run, the Kinderland and all shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.

Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle, embedding the village in the picture-book Alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easy for beginners to get started in skiing. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan provides pure snow fun for young and old.

The approx. 48m2 3-room ground floor flat has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children. The cosy living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa invites you to linger. From the living room you can access the small but cosy terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs. On the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The flat has a bathroom with shower and WC. Just to the left of the owners' garage you will find an outside parking space. In the garage of the owners you can place your sports equipment, be it skis, sledges or in summer the bike.
