Farm holiday - Singerhof

We, the family Hofer Christoph and Marlene with the children Simon, Jana and Marie would like to welcome you at the Singerhof in St. Valentin – Kastelruth-Castelrotto.

An outstanding panoramic view is waiting for you at our farm.
The panorama streches from the Roßzähne, to the Schlern Mountain, the Santner, down to the city of Bozen-Bolzano, the Mendel-Mendola, the Ortler-Ortles Mountains and along to the Rittner Horn-Corno Renon.

Our farmstead is situated in a beautiful and very sunny position just next to the picturesque little Church St. Valentin

You can start many interesting and beautiful hiking tours directly from our farmhouse at any season.

On our farm we have vacation flats at your disposal.
They have a balcony to the south. One flat is without balcony.

There are 2 types of flats:

Vacation Flat type A: ca.45 m² and 60 m² for 4 people

• livingroom with kitchen corner, gas-cooker (4 hotplates), coffeeboiler, fridge, TV with SAT receiver, a bedsofa,

guardrobe, sitting-eating corner, cooking pans and pots as well as crockery and cutlery, big balcony to the
south with deck-chairs and sunshades and enough room to eat outside (12 m²).

• bathroom with shower and toilet
• 1 or 2 double rooms
• bedlinen, towls and kitchen cloths are at your disposal

Vacation Flat type B: ca 35 m² for 2 or 3 people

• cosy one-room-flat with new wooden floor and double bed and fullwood wardrobe
• bathroom with shower and toilet
• livingroom with kitchen corner (4 hotplates) coffeeboiler, fridge, TV with SAT receiver, bedsofa, guardrobe,

sitting-eating corner, cooking pans, dishes and cutlery

• balcony to the south with breathtaking view to the Schlern-Sciliar Mountain and the picturesque

little Church of St. Valentin, deck-chairs, sunshades and small table

• bedlinen, towls and kitchen cloths are at your disposal.

Our farm offers you a spacious lawn for sunbathing with deck chairs and sunshades, where you can really relax. The Schlern-Sciliar Mountain is extremely near and you can look at and over the beautiful mountain scenery.

In autumn 2008 a movieshot was made about our maedows with the various kinds of old appletrees and St.Valentin Church in the background. Since February 2009 it’s beeing shown as a TVspot on several German and Italian broadcasting companies like ARD, ZDF, RTL, VOX, SAT 1.

For our little guests there is a swing and a sandbox to play with, but surely all the animals and pets on the farm are still more interesting for the kids. There are the little kittens, the chickens, the cows and calves, the horses. And even our neighbour’s peacocks and dogs like comming over to our farm for a short visit.

After an adventurous hot summerday you are welcome to finish off the evening with a cosy barbecue, enjoying the wonderful mild mountain air under the starry sky.
