The skiing, hiking and mountain biking area is right on the doorstep! Ski-In / Ski-Out is possible if there is enough snow. You can ski directly to the Zirbenwaldbahn or back to the house.

The house was purchased by the current owners in December 2014.
Furniture, decorations, electrical appliances, etc. have been changed and modernized in the meantime to meet the spirit of today and the tastes of future tenants.

Our feel-good holiday home with 160sqm of living space, almost 700sqm of land, a terrace with barbecue is located in the middle of the larch and stone pine forest of the Turracherhöhe at 1700m.

On the ground floor it has a living and reading area with a large open fireplace, another spacious room with a large, open kitchen and dining area and a tiled stove. In addition to a separate toilet, there is also a small bedroom with a washbasin and a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90x200cm). On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with up to 10 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course, the hut has wireless Internet, new flat screen TVs in both living rooms (48 inches) and in the bedrooms (32 inches).
In the basement is the wellness area with sauna, a relaxation area with kitchenette and refrigerator, a storage room with washing machine and dryer and a spacious entrance area with enough storage space for clothes, shoes and even ski boots.

Please note that NO pets are allowed in our houses due to the natural wooden floors and the high-quality furnishings. The houses are therefore ideal for allergy sufferers.

There is a garage with an automatic door, which is ideal for storing skis and, if required, there is also space for a car. Up to three additional parking spaces are directly in front of the door.

The ski lifts, shops, bars, restaurants and also the Turracher See are only a short walk away from the lodge.

The lodge is currently rented to 2 to a maximum of 12 people.
