Description

Enjoy a weekend filled with yoga, nature and wellness! You will practice Hatha Yoga together in a small group, feel nature and sit at a cosy bonfire.

For beginners as well as experienced yogis!

Look forward to the following inclusive services:

• 7 Activities: Hatha-Yoga, Yin-Yoga, Morning Flows, guided hike to the Lammertal forest and nightly torch hike with our certified yoga teacher Theresa
• Half board: breakfast buffet and 3 course evening menu (meat and other products from our own farm and the surrounding nature, vegetarian and vegan dishes)
• Use of our spa area (finnish saunsa, steam bath, jaccuzzi) from 4 to 8 pm
