While carving wide turns on the sun-drenched slopes gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom, the wonderful mountain air provides special relaxation and balance during our yoga sessions and meditation units.

Yoga stretches and strengthens the muscles, increasing your flexibility and reducing the risk of injury. Yoga can also help to relax the muscles after a long day on the slopes and speed up recovery. This allows you to return to the slopes the next day with full energy and performance.

During your stay, we invite you to consciously connect with your surroundings during an Alpine bath to recharge your body and soul. A 50-minute treatment of your choice will give you a completely relaxed start to spring!
