The village museum in Krakaudorf brings you closer to the culture of the valley. This is a former smokehouse, whose roots probably go back to the 12th century. Here is gathered what is left of the past. No exquisite treasures and precious antiques, but furniture, utensils, vehicles, utensils and utensils of daily life.

In 1995, a village museum was opened in the former, about 400-year-old Rauchstubenhaus vulgo Waltl, in which "what is left of the past has been gathered together." Several showrooms demonstrate how people once lived in the Krakau.
From the anteroom, the Lab'n, one enters the house. The central room is the smokehouse with its brick cooking place and the dining place. There is also an old loom.
There is also an old maid's and servant's room with their furnishings as well as a cobbler's workshop from the time when the craftsmen still went on "Stör".
A guest room from the beginning of the 20th century can be found on the upper floor, which shows the simple accommodation of the first summer visitors. Numerous tools, such as butter churns, riffles, stove bowls, sewing machines and milk churns, as well as the tools of the lumberjacks and carpenters, which are housed in display cases, illustrate the formerly hard working world. In the old barn there is a collection of carriages and sledges, plows, ladder carts and other work tools that have long been "out of fashion".
