Our house is directly located on the walk- und bicycle-path of Flachau. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are nearby.
Distance to the city center about 500m and are the most important stations like bicycle rents, lift stations, hiking trails, tennis court, mini golf course, high ropes course, etc. by feet reachable.
Landhaus Josefa also presents you a common room with table soccer & a small kidscorner. Outside with a garden, smoking area & table tennis.
The bathing lake of Flachau is about 4 kilometers away and will you find around also nice offers of horse riding, soccer, climbing and many more.
Excursion destinations like the Castle "Erlebnisburg Hohenwerfen" or the world largest ice cave "Eisriesenwelt" (at about 20kilometers), the landmark of Salzburg "Festung Hohen Salzburg", the zoo "Hellbrunn" or Mozart's Birthplace in Salzburg (at about 60kilometers) offers you an further highlight on your holiday.
