CANCELLATION Terms & AAGBH's 2006
Cancellations will be accepted in written form only. There is no right of withdrawal according § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the generel terms the AAGBH 2006 (General Terms and Conditions of business for the hotel Industry) apply to our house.
40 % fee - 90 bis 30 days prior to arrival
70 % fee - 30 bis 7 days prior to arrival
90 % fee within the last week
100 % fee for earlier departure
Reversal Cancellation:
Transaction and booking fees apply to every booking, which we unfortunately have to pass on to you in the event of cancellation. The amount of the fee depends on the amount, payment method and booking channel and must therefore be calculated individually for each cancellation.
PETS
In consideration of the needs of all guests, we run the Elizabeth as a pet-free hotel. In the meantime, we would be delighted if you could keep your pet well accommodated and enjoy your holiday at the Elizabeth in complete relaxation.
