Our holiday home is nestled between the Lienzer Dolomites to the north, and the impressive Carnic Alps to the south. Located right in the heart of the idyllic sunny village Obertilliach in Eastern Tyrol, Austria, this apartment house offers absolute comfort and a unique sense of it’s own. Filled with character and charm, much care has been taken to handpick suitable furnishings that emphasis locally sourced and environmentally-harvested timber.

The setting is tranquil and boasts unique and impressive views of the surrounding mountains.

The unique mountain scenery invites our guests to enjoy activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring and snow shoeing, through pristine untouched powder snow. During summer you have endless opportunities for activities, including: hiking and bushwalking, rock climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, paragliding, whitewater rafting and many more outdoor activities to choose from during your stay.
