Living with a great view!
Our house is situated on a very sunny plateau - in Nesslegg. Enjoy your holidays in our comfortable and big Appartements. Every day we get fresh bred from the backery delivered into our house - so you have fresh bred every day without walking to a bakery in the morning.
About 30m from our house, there is the ski bus station. From there you will reach the ski area comfortably in 5 minutes. If you like to have more snow after a nice ski day - adults and children have a lot of fun to play in the snow around the house - snow ball battles, building snow mans or snow coves, sledging....
In the evenings you can choose one of the restaurants in the surrounding. Some of them you reach in 5 minutes by walking. Of course you also have the possibility to cook in the kitchen of the appartement - they are fully equiped.

In short terms the ski buses are driving to the ski area. Comfortably you can reach the ski area WARTH-SCHRÖCKEN in not more than 5 minutes! When you get off the bus, you are directly at the slope to start you amazing ski-adventure!
