Sölden in the Valley of Supelative - the Oetztal located, is one of the best known ski resorts in the world. But even in the summer Sölden has so much to offer. Walking in Sölden is one of the main activities, therefore, also because Sölden trails are for beginners to climbers each coming at its costs.

As a cycling and Mountainbikeldorado Sölden has also made a name. Consider the " Deutschlandtour" or the Oetztaler Radmarathon annually increasing number of participants.

Price includes: One welcome drink per person (in winter when open, at Panorama Alm Skihut), Use of tennis court at Freizeit Arena Sölden (1.5 km, summer), WLAN, 1 garage spot per hut and more parking in front of the huts, Aqua Dome 10% discount on admission, ski rental transport, 10% discount on ski rentals, breakfast roll delivery (except Sunday! for a fee), final cleaning, bed linens, electricity, water, 1 crib and 1 highchair per holiday apartment (please order when making reservations), linen package and weekly change.


Not included in price: Local tax for persons over 16, washer and dryer, in-between room cleaning if desired €50.00, €100.00 deposit per apartment in cash on arrival day.


Check-in, checkout: 4:00 pm, 09:30 am, please notify us if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm (front desk closes at 8:00 pm!)


Payment: 2% discount for cash payment of the entire accommodation price. Maestro, Visa and MasterCard, bank transfer of the entire amount in advance.

Reservation fee: A payment of 40% of the cost must be made within 10 days of reservations.


Please note: When reservations are made, the cancelation terms of the Austrian hotel association apply (AGBH2006). We therefore recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus cancellation insurance with “Europäische” for all reservations using our online reservation system.
