Eating & drinking Guests enjoy the 4-course dinner with choice of main dish (1 Gala Dinner each week) and the breakfast buffet in the half-board “Stoiva” restaurant. On the midday menu in the “Chämi Bar” there is a dish of the day and snacks. Guests and locals gather here in evening too. Enjoy our well-known and sensational value for money house brands in all Sunstar Hotels, such as Eptinger mineral water, first-class house wines, Bio Max Havelaar coffee and tea, Laurent Perrier champagne... Living & sleeping All rooms have a balcony. The superior rooms have a better view and are quieter. Rooms are equipped to the high Sunstar standard. Plus: Non-smoking hotel with 1 smoking area (“Chämi Bar”), Wireless LAN (Hotspot), pets allowed, room and laundry service. Sport & relaxation For relaxation and exercise, guests will find an indoor pool (11,5 × 6 m; 28°C) with views over the village and the Parpaner Rothorn, a steam bath and a sauna. You can also unwind and recharge your batteries in the solarium or with a massage. Chämi Bar Meet up for a drink in the cosy “Chämi Bar” and enjoy live music (Monday – Saturday) and dancing. The name of the bar comes from the open fire which is often lit. The programme of entertainment is really something special. Entertainment & fun Our weekly programme brings a little variety into your holiday. In summer you can visit the museum of local history or the local fire station, or take part in a guided walk with your host. The regular highlights of the winter are the torch-lit walks around the picturesque Heid Lake followed by mulled wine and the guided guest skiing day. In summer and winter we offer guided tours of the hotel – take a peek behind the scenes and enjoy a wine tasting, or visit the hotel kitchen.
