Surrounded by a unique panorama, our family business is located directly on the edge of the village center. In one or two minutes walk you reach the center of Maria Alm with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars, cafes, post office, banks, hairdresser...

Direct access to the ski lift:
In winter, our Alpine Apartments offer the ideal conditions for a perfect ski vacation: the connecting lift to the Hochkönig ski circuit is only 150m away and our in-house Sport2000 store provides you with everything you need on and for the slopes (ski rental, ski school and much more).

As a special service for our guests, the Hochkönigcard is included for the entire stay - a card with many free offers and discounts in our beautiful region:
